These leading edge processes, such as Voice Dialogue, Gestalt Therapy, Inner Child work lead to new ways of seeing situations that release painful feelings and resolve problems.
Sometimes guided meditations or music as therapy are used. These are specifically chosen to bring about psychological and emotional healing and insight.

Acknowledging the connection between
mind, body and emotions
Body-Centred Therapy describes therapeutic approaches that integrate your physical body into the therapy process.
Using specific interventions, somatic (body) therapy helps you to release the tension, anger, frustration and other emotions that remain in your body from past negative experiences.
In a Body Centred Therapy session you revive memories of traumatic experiences and pay attention to any physical responses you may have once the memory is recovered.
Physical techniques, such as deep breathing, therapeutic touch, relaxation exercises, and meditation are then used to help relieve symptoms.
Some of the adjunctive techniques that may be used for holistic healing are psychological and emotional processing through guided inner exploration.
